If a guest has failed to give adequate notice a fee totaling half of your booked service is required to secure the next appointment. Please provide a 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment, or there will be a fee*. *if there are extenuating circumstances please me know and I will evaluate the situation to see if we can waive the fee.
